Due to the nature of digital translation services, refunds may not always be possible once the work has started or has been delivered. However, we review every request fairly.
Refunds may be considered in the following situations:
The project has not yet started.
The service delivered is significantly different from what was agreed upon.
A technical or processing error occurred on our side.
If you are not satisfied with the delivered translation, we encourage you to contact us. We offer revisions to ensure the translation meets the agreed requirements and quality standards.
Refunds will generally not be issued in the following cases:
The project has been fully completed and delivered according to the requested specifications.
The request for a refund is made after significant work has already been completed.
The client changes the project requirements after work has begun.
To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your translation. Include details about the issue so our team can review your request.
